c. You agree to mark us as a safe sender on all your platforms (email/SMS) to ensure our communications are not sent to spam/junk.
3. User Account
a. You are required to register on Our Platform to create an account to access Our Services (“Account”).
b. We reserve the right to conduct KYC as may be required from time to time under applicable laws.
4. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Please check back to ensure you are informed of any changes.
5. User Consent and Eligibility
a. Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
b. Legal Compliance – You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
c. Acceptance – By accessing the App, you consent to these Terms and agree to be legally bound.
d. You must be residing in India.
e. You must have a valid Indian mobile number to create an Account.
6. Registration and Account Management
a. Account Creation – Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
b. Account Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
c. Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
7. App Use and Restrictions
a. Permissible Use – The App is for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by ZONELY.
b. Prohibited Activities – Users may not:
Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Harass, spam, or impersonate others
Use unauthorized methods (e.g., scraping) to access the App
8. Content Ownership and Use
a. User Content – By posting on the App, you grant ZONELY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for service purposes.
b. ZONELY Content – All app content, including text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by ZONELY or its licensors and cannot be used without consent.
9. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
a. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, online banking, wallets, UPI, or approved methods.
b. Subscriptions:
May auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal
No refunds for partially used periods unless otherwise stated
c. Promotions – Subject to terms at the time of offer.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. Refunds – Issued only for technical errors or non-delivery, at ZONELY’s discretion.
b. Cancellations – Can be done via account settings; charges may apply.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. ZONELY makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of services.
b. Not liable for damages, including emotional or consequential harm, from use of the platform or interactions with Buddies.
c. Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ZONELY from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights
13. Chat Feature Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
Post obscene, abusive, or illegal content
Harass, bully, or threaten users
Spam or collect others’ data without consent
Share false/misleading content
Engage in activity that threatens India’s unity, integrity, or public order
14. Your Content
We may remove any illegal, infringing, or objectionable content without notice.
15. Termination of Access
We may:
Suspend/terminate your account for violations
Restrict access at our discretion
Suspend/terminate as directed by authorities
16. Our Services
We may change, discontinue, or suspend services without notice.
17. Privacy Policy
All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You consent to data collection and third-party sharing for service delivery.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governed by the laws of India
b. Disputes resolved via arbitration or courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh
19. Peer-Support Nature of Service
ZONELY is a casual conversation platform – not therapy or counseling.
Buddies are not trained professionals.
If you are in distress, seek professional help.
20. Coin Use & Wallet Policy
Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value
May expire after 12 months of inactivity
21. Respectful Use, Anti-Harassment & No-Solicitation Policy
No abusive or sexual language
No harassment or manipulation
No offering/soliciting gifts outside the platform
22. No Off-Platform Contact
Do not request or share personal contact info with Buddies.
23. Intellectual Property & Platform Usage
All content is owned by ZONELY or licensors
No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without consent
24. Monitoring & Moderation Rights
We may monitor activity to ensure compliance and may suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.

Zonely Refund & Cancellation Policy
Nature of Services
Zonely is a digital platform offering casual, non-clinical conversation services through chat and voice with Buddies. All services are digital in nature. Zonely does not sell any physical goods.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Zonely are credited to the user's in-app wallet. Once funds are added to the wallet, they are non-refundable to the original payment method. Wallet balance can only be used for transactions and services within the Zonely platform.
Refunds for services already consumed (chats, calls, or activities) will not be issued except in special cases and are entirely at the discretion of Zonely’s management. Zonely reserves the right to determine the validity of any refund request based on system logs and service usage.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Technical failure preventing service access
• Money from wallet deducted without service delivery due to system error
• Duplicate transactions
If the amount was debited but not reflected in the Zonely Wallet, users must notify Zonely via support@zonely.app with transaction details.
If the amount was not debited, users may retry the transaction.
Zonely holds no liability for multiple or duplicate payments made unintentionally by the user.
Zonely shall not be liable to process a refund if the user provides an invalid or unreachable contact number and is unable to receive or connect with a Buddy via voice call. Users must ensure their device is active and accessible when initiating or booking a call.
Currently, Zonely services are available only to users residing in India. If a non-resident adds money to their Zonely Wallet to access services unavailable in their region, no refund will be processed.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds, when approved, are processed as in-app wallet credits. No refund will be issued to any bank account, card, or external payment method. Processing of wallet credit refunds may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval.
No refund or cancellation shall be processed if the user provides incorrect or misleading information at the time of account setup or service usage.
Fraud, Abuse, and Violation
Zonely reserves the right to suspend wallet access, withhold refunds, or reverse wallet credits if any fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund system, or violation of Zonely policies is detected.
If a user is found to be in violation of Zonely’s Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, or Safety Guidelines, Zonely reserves the right to terminate the user account immediately. In such cases, any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited without refund.
Policy Updates
Zonely may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform and will become effective immediately upon publication.
Replacements
Zonely provides casual, non-clinical conversation services via chat and voice calls. These services are personalized, time-sensitive, and consumable upon delivery. As a result, replacements are not applicable.
